Ingredients Athipazham ( fig ) - 20 Cashew - 20 Sugar - 1 cup Ghee - 6 tsp Badam - 10 Pista - 10 Cardamom powder - a pinch Method 1. Soak athi pazham, badam, pista, 10 cashew in water for half an hour and Grind it to a paste.
2.In a thick bottomed vessel,mix paste with ghee, sugar and cook.
3.Roast the remaining cashews in ghee and add it in the mixture with cardamom powder and stir well.
4. When the contents leave the side of the vessel, remove it from the stove.
