Coconut milk is one of the richest natural conditioners that enhance hair growth. It contains essential fats, proteins and minerals like potassium and iron. Grind some grated coconut and squeeze it to remove its juice. Apply this coconut milk on your scalp and massage it well. You can rinse it soon after or allow it to stay overnight for better results. This will not only help beat hair fall but will also make hair stronger.

Cut onions into fine pieces and squeeze out the juice. Apply this juice to the scalp and leave it on for 15 minutes before you rinse it off with a mild shampoo. Now take a few cloves of garlic and crush them. Add some coconut oil to this crushed garlic and let it boil for a few minutes. Allow it to cool down and then apply it to the scalp while gently massaging it. Repeat this treatment two times a week for results.
